We had two upstairs bathrooms re-tiled.  The master bath work included laying 12" tiles on the floor and 6" tiles on a 45 degree angle surrounding the 6' tub with accent tiles and bullnose.  The second bath included laying 12" tiles on floor.

This job is the second one that Custom Tile has done for us.  A little over a year ago they came and tiled our entire downstairs and we LOVE it!  We removed laminate flooring in the entryway and kitchen area and all the downstairs carpeting. As with the previous job, Lisa Bedson came out and measured and discussed design ideas for my bathrooms.  She has a very good eye for this!  I visited the Custom Tile shop a few days later and Lisa had chosen some samples for me to look at based on a color scheme previously discussed.  I actually chose exactly what she laid out!  The tile was laid in one full day and grouted the next in just a few hours.  The same two professionals who had done our downstairs a year ago - were back for the bathroom work as we had hoped they would be.  They are very punctual, polite, respectful of your home and they do excellent tile work.  You can tell they take pride in their work.  They worked straight through the first day - barely stopping to eat lunch. The owner, Chris, remained on the job site the majority of the time seeing that everything was done as requested.  The work was done as and when expected and was well worth the money.  I would recommend Custom Tile & Interiors to friends and family with absolutely no reservation.  I wonder what I can tile next?

Replaced laundry floor with new porclean tile and repaired one section of damaged wood sub floor. Also installed back splash around the kitchen counters with stone and glass tile.

Description of Work:

Custom Tile did the tile work and the plumbing for our 1/2 bath remodel. I visited their store to work with one of the owners (a husband/wife team owns the business) to select the tile and talk about various design options. We wainscotted 3 of the 4 walls with tile and also tiled the floor with a tile that looks like wood flooring (but can take dog/kid abuse). Custom Tile also replaced the old valves on the water lines and installed the toilet and vanity. The co-owner who supervises the installation is a licensed plumber.

We were really impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail during the installation process. The owner and his 2-person crew spent time to make sure they understood what needed to happen in the bathroom before beginning the installation work. The crew was very courteous and kept everything cleaned up. When they came back the second day to grout, they did the plumbing work to replace valves and install the new toilet and vanity. The co-owner supervised the crew during this phase and inspected the finished work. They were extremely meticulous and re-did any work that they deemed not exactly correct. We were extremely pleased with the results and will use this company again for future remodeling work. They are not the cheapest option, but we are very pleased with the quality of the products and service we received, so the additional 10-15 percent we paid we consider well-spent.

Dear Chris & Lisa,

    Today, (one week and a half) from the day you finished our restoration, the last item on the punch list was completed by the cabinet maker.  The vanity is repaired and installed, the plumbing is hooked up (and no leaks and plenty of hot water!) so we are finally back to the new beautiful normal!

    Best of all, we heard from our adjuster yesterday! Thanks to your help and encouragement to pursue the claim they are sending us a check that will cover almost everything we were due! He said the pictures were quite convincing!

    Please feel free to use us as a reference in the future. We are delighted with the results in our master bath.
